Student rentals turn over hard and fast. We clean a lot of carpet here between tenancies, and a fair amount of upholstery with it.

Close enough to New Richmond that we are often out this way already, which helps when you need something done quickly.
Amery & Osceola
Straight up the highway. Worth booking a little ahead so we can group the trip with other jobs in the area.
Baldwin, Roberts & Hammond
The I-94 corridor towns. Easy runs for us, and a good stretch of the county for commercial work as well as homes.
