Four surfaces. One method that actually works.
Hot water extraction pushes heated solution deep into the fibers, then pulls the dirt, dander and odor back out — instead of pressing it further down where it will resurface in a month.
Carpet steam cleaning
Traffic lanes, pet accidents, spilled coffee, and the grit a vacuum never reaches. Carpets come back softer, brighter, and genuinely cleaner — not just damp.
Rug steam cleaning

Upholstery cleaning

We go room by room together before packing up. Typical carpet is dry in 4 to 8 hours depending on airflow and humidity.

Water where it should not be?
Burst supply line, backed-up drain, appliance leak — soaked carpet and pad need extracting fast, before the smell sets in and the subfloor starts holding moisture. Call as soon as it happens and we will tell you honestly whether this is a job for us or for a restoration crew.

Usually 4 to 8 hours. Airflow is the biggest factor, so we will tell you which fans or windows help. You can walk on it right away in clean socks — just hold off on putting furniture back until it is fully dry.
Light and moveable pieces, yes — chairs, side tables, ottomans. Beds, large sectionals, pianos and anything with electronics on it stay put, and we clean around them. Clearing small items off the floor ahead of time speeds everything up.
Yes. Steam extraction does most of the work with heat and water rather than harsh chemistry, and the treatments we do use are chosen to be safe once dry. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we will adjust.
It depends on square footage, surface type, and condition — which is why we quote rather than post a flat rate that would be wrong for most homes. Quotes are free, there is no obligation, and the number you get is the number you pay.
Most of the time, yes. Surface staining and odor respond well to a pet treatment plus extraction. If it soaked through to the pad or subfloor, we will say so up front rather than charge you for a result we cannot deliver.
Every 12 to 18 months for a typical household. Bump that to every 6 to 12 months with pets, kids, allergies, or a busy entryway. Most carpet warranties also require professional cleaning on a schedule — worth checking yours.
