It depends on the week, but we hold slots open for short-notice work and regularly fit people in within a day or two. If you are up against a showing or a move-out deadline, say so when you call — that moves you up the list.
Roughly which rooms and surfaces, whether there are pets, and anything you have already tried on a stain. That last one matters — some store-bought spot removers set a stain permanently, and knowing changes our approach.
We will give you a ballpark, and it is usually close. The firm number comes after we have seen the space, and you get it before any equipment comes off the truck. If it differs from the ballpark, we explain why and you are free to walk away.
Yes — clinics, offices, rentals and turnovers, on one-off or recurring schedules. Email is usually the easiest way to start those conversations so we can get the details down in writing.
